By placing an order, you are acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions which may be modified or amended from time to time:
Ordering & Payment Policy
A submission of your order online does not guarantee your order is confirmed.
As I work alone and can only take limited cakes each week, I will get back to you on my availability within three working days.
To confirm and process your order, payment must be made to Patisserie by Melissa L. via payment options available by the date specified in my email to you.
There will be no refund made if your order is cancelled < 7 days prior to the event.
An admin fee will be incurred if:
amendments are made to cake design after payment;
the date of collection or delivery is changed after payment;
the delivery address is changed after payment, with extra delivery charges according to your location.
For wedding cakes, a non-refundable 50% downpayment is required to confirm your booking and the next 50% to be made one month before your wedding date.
There may be slight differences for Signature Cakes products as each cake is handcrafted and subject to availability of produce and materials.
Paper straws may be present in cakes with a cream filling to provide structural stability.
Dowels or paper straws will be present in tiered cakes for structural stability.
Final custom or wedding cake may differ slightly from cake sketches presented to clients due to the nature of materials and other factors.
Cake Serving Sizes
Cake size and recommended servings based on cake cutting guides are approximations at best.
Cakes are baked in a kitchen that handles dairy, nuts, wheat and soy.
Cakes are not halal-certified.
Pricing of cakes on my website are subject to change without prior notice.
