Pickup

Pickup timings will be indicated in my email to you along with the exact location. 

​

Please adhere to your pick-up time as the cake needs to be kept as cold as possible before transport.

​

If you are driving, please place the cake on a flat anti-slip surface (e.g. on the floor for lowest centre of gravity).
It would be best if you could have a passenger hold the cake as you drive.

​

Please keep the cake refrigerated as soon as possible and do not leave the cake in the car under the sun.

 

 

Delivery

Delivery fees start from $12 and above subject to your location.

​

Delivery fees to Sentosa and Tuas will be at $30, with the exception of wedding cakes.

​

Wedding cake delivery fees are at $40.

​

Delivery times will be indicated in my email to you.

​

 

Under Patisserie by Melissa L's Terms and Conditions, an admin fee will be incurred if: 
 

• ​the date of collection or delivery is changed after payment; 

• the delivery address is changed after payment, with extra delivery charges according to your location.
